Please read these terms carefully. By confirming your booking, you agree to the conditions outlined below.
1. Tariff Changes
The tour tariff is calculated based on the exchange rates prevailing at the time of quoting. The company reserves the right to change the tariff if there is a drastic variation in the exchange rates before the departure date.
2. Minimum Group Size
The tour cost is based on a minimum of 25 passengers traveling together. If the number of passengers falls significantly, the offered meal plan, vehicle, and other services may change accordingly.
3. Single Traveler Supplement
For guests travelling alone without friends or families, room would be shared on a twin or triple sharing basis (roll-away bed), depending on the booking. If no other single traveler is available, the single supplement must be taken at an additional cost.
4. Visa Application & Rejection
Visa granting is at the sole discretion of the concerned embassy or consulate. Personal interviews at the concerned consulate, if required, must be attended by the candidate at their own cost. Visa fees and other expenses such as hotel booking advances and issued ticket rates are not refundable if the visa is rejected or delayed.
5. Passport Requirements
An original passport with a minimum of **6-month validity** beyond the travel date and **four blank pages** is required.
6. Adult Pricing Policy
All guests aged **12 years and above** are required to pay the adult price.
7. Hotel Check-In/Check-Out Times
Check-in at hotels is at **14:00 (2 PM)** and check-out is at **11:00 (11 AM)**.
8. Non-Refundable Expenses & Liabilities
No refunds will be entertained for any expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight cancellations, airport closures, delays, accidents, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuations, supplier policies, visa rejections, and visa delays. Management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delays or changes in train, flight, bus, ship, or other services, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause. All such losses or expenses must be borne by the guests. Also, refund requests for any non-utilized services, including meals, sightseeing, transfers, etc., will not be entertained at any given time.
9. Tour Cancellation or Postponement by Focuz Holidayz
Focuz Holidayz reserves the right to postpone or cancel any advertised packages without assigning any reason. In such cases, money paid by the tour participant will be fully refunded, but **no compensation claims** will be entertained.
10. Itinerary Changes
Due to unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to change, modify, vary, or alter the tour itinerary if necessary. In such cases, no compensation or refunds will be provided for limitations or non-availability of certain services such as entry tickets, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, etc., even if included in the tour itinerary.
11. Departure Location Basis
The tour tariff is based on departure from **Cochin** unless otherwise specified. Tourists boarding flights from other locations must pay any airfare difference and bear any additional expenses including airport transfers and hotel stays.
12. Hotel Accommodation Details
Focuz Holidayz selects hotels and books them on behalf of tourists at convenient locations subject to availability. In case of non-availability of rooms in the same hotel, the company reserves the right to split accommodation in different hotels. Hotel accommodation is generally on a twin-sharing basis in standard rooms, with the third bed often being a roll-away mattress in a twin-bedded room. Air-conditioning, central heating, and other facilities are provided by hotels depending on various factors including weather, local systems, and tour type.
13. Third-Party Services (Airlines, Hotels, etc.)
As a travel agency and tour operator, Focuz Holidayz does not have control over airlines, coach companies, shipping companies, hotels, local transport, or other facilities provided by third parties. The company is not responsible for delays or deficiencies in services provided by outside agencies. The company also does not control the schedules of tourist attractions.
14. Airline Reservations & Seating
In the computerized reservation system of airlines, seats once reserved cannot be changed. Tour participants must travel by the seats provided by the airline. Adjacent seats might not be provided by the airlines at certain circumstances. As a tour Company, Focuz Holidayz has little control over this.
15. Damage Liability
Any damage caused to hotel rooms or coaches during the stay shall be **payable by the guests**. Focuz Holidayz will not be held responsible for such damages.
16. Non-Utilized Services (No Refunds)
There are **no refunds** for any non-utilized services, including meals, sightseeing, transfers, etc.
Note on Third-Party Services:
As Focuz Holidayz acts as an agent, we are dependent on the schedules and services of third parties (airlines, hotels, local transport, etc.). While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee or be held liable for delays, deficiencies, or non-availability of services caused by outside agencies, which are beyond our direct control.
